2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund, eligibility depends on the type of purchase:

A. Standard Product Returns (Unused Items)

Standard returns apply only to products that are:

  • Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Returned within 120 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

These standard return conditions apply to non-consumable, unused products only and do not cover results-based claims.


B. 120-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Results-Based)

The 120-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies exclusively to the 4-Month Supply Kit.

This guarantee is designed to allow sufficient time to evaluate results and does not apply to 1-month or 2-month kits.

Refund eligibility under this guarantee is subject to:

  • Full completion of the 120-day usage period
  • Compliance with the usage protocol

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at info@grwoots.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide the return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack your items securely and send them to the provided return address.

Please do not send items back to our fulfillment center without prior approval, unauthorized returns may not be processed.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We explicitly approved a prepaid return label.

In most cases, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us at info@grwoots.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  3. Our team will assess the issue and offer a replacement or full refund where applicable.

We may require the damaged product to be returned before processing a replacement or refund.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection.
If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a refund is not approved, the returned item will be sent back to you.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
  3. If the issue persists, email us at info@grwoots.com, and we’ll assist you further.


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


9. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins.
Once a packing slip or tracking number has been created, the order is being prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled.
Please contact info@grwoots.com immediately if you need to request cancellation.


10. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your package is lost or significantly delayed:

  • Contact us at info@grwoots.com with your order number.
  • We will open an investigation with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund once confirmed.

We are not responsible for lost orders caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.


11. Policy Abuse Prevention

To protect our business and ensure fairness to all customers, GRWOOTS LLC reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns or refunds to individuals demonstrating excessive or fraudulent return behavior.
  • Deny refunds if items show signs of use, tampering, or are returned without authorization.
