Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Same-day shipping is not available.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link within 48 hours of dispatch. Tracking links may take up to 24–48 hours to update with carrier information.

Note: Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and remote regions may take longer (typically 10–20 business days). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Over 90% of GRWOOTS orders arrive within the estimated timeframe.

 

Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted global carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for processing and quality checks before shipment.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel’s journey.

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 48 hours:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Contact our support team at info@grwoots.com with your order number, and we’ll resend your tracking link.


Order Cancellations & Modifications

Once a packing slip has been created, your order is being prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled or modified. If you made an error or need to change your address, contact us immediately at info@grwoots.com. We’ll do our best to assist if your order hasn’t yet entered the fulfillment process.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it for a $10 reshipping fee. If the address error is noticed after checkout, contact us right away at info@grwoots.com, we may still be able to update it before shipment.


International Shipping, Customs & Duties

We ship internationally to most destinations. However, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our product or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

GRWOOTS LLC is not responsible for customs delays. Please respond promptly to any communication from your local customs office to ensure smooth delivery.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to: Albania, Algeria, Indonesia, Kosovo, Martinique, Morocco, Nigeria, South Sudan, or Tunisia.


Package Protection & Lost Orders

All shipments are insured by default. In the rare case your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact us at info@grwoots.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and, when applicable, arrange a replacement or refund according to our policies.


Shipping During Peak Seasons

During holiday periods or major sales events, please allow extra time for processing and delivery. Weather conditions, customs clearance, and courier capacity may also impact delivery timelines.
